Top 5 Carpooling and Ridesharing Apps in Bulgaria, Q3 2021

During the third quarter of 2021, the top five carpooling and ridesharing apps in Bulgaria showed varied performance in terms of weekly downloads and active users. The data, provided by Sensor Tower, offers a comprehensive look at how these apps fared.

Uber - Request a ride saw a consistent increase in weekly downloads, starting at 330 in late June and peaking at 676 by late September. Weekly active users also followed an upward trend, growing from approximately 15.3K to 16.8K over the same period.

For Bolt: Request a Ride, weekly downloads experienced a steady rise, beginning with 252 in late June and reaching 465 by the end of September. Active users increased from around 2K to 2.8K throughout the quarter.

Uber - Driver: Drive & Deliver showed a notable increase in weekly downloads, starting at 82 in late June and climbing to 267 by mid-September, before slightly dropping to 193 by the end of the month. Active users also increased from 548 to 777 during the quarter.

Yandex Go: Taxi Food Delivery had a fluctuating download pattern, beginning at 58 in late June, peaking at 176 in late August, and then slightly decreasing to 128 by the end of September. Active users saw a slight decline from around 5K to 4.6K before climbing back to 5K by the end of the quarter.

Finally, Tripinfy experienced a rise in weekly downloads, starting at 67 in late June and reaching a peak of 192 in early August, before dropping to 72 by the end of September.
